These Terms of Service govern your use of dev.tecrozon.com and any services provided by Tecrozon Development, a division of Tecrozon Group Inc. By accessing this website or engaging us for services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Tecrozon Development provides software development, artificial intelligence solutions, cloud infrastructure services, and related technical consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement between Tecrozon Development and the client.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. For active client engagements, any material changes to scope or deliverables will be communicated in advance and require mutual agreement before taking effect.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all intellectual property created during a client engagement including source code, designs, documentation, and related assets is transferred to the client upon full payment for the relevant deliverables. Tecrozon Development retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and methodologies developed during the engagement for future projects.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tecrozon Group Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our explicit written permission.

Payment and billing

Payment terms are defined in each project's Statement of Work. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and major digital payment platforms. Late payments may incur a monthly interest charge as specified in the project agreement.

For fixed price projects, payment is typically structured in milestones tied to specific deliverables. For time and materials engagements, we invoice on a bi-weekly or monthly basis based on hours logged. All hours are tracked transparently and made available to clients upon request.

Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. Any proprietary information, business data, or technical details shared with us during an engagement will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.

We are happy to execute mutual Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before beginning any engagement. If you require a specific NDA format, please share it during the initial consultation and we will review and sign it promptly.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tecrozon Development and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or this website. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

We make every effort to deliver reliable, high-quality software, but we do not warrant that our services will be error free or uninterrupted. Software is inherently complex, and we address issues promptly as part of our standard support and maintenance processes.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. Any intellectual property for fully paid deliverables will be transferred to the client as outlined above.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This does not affect any active project agreements, which are governed by their own termination clauses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
