How can we help?

Guides, answers, and direct support.

We are here to help. Whether you are a current client with a technical issue, a prospective partner exploring what we offer, or someone who just needs a question answered this page will point you in the right direction.

Getting started

If you are new to Tecrozon Development, welcome. We work with businesses and organisations of all sizes to build custom software, AI systems, and cloud infrastructure. The best way to get started is to reach out through our contact form tell us about your project, your timeline, and your goals, and we will respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Not sure what you need yet? That is completely fine. We offer free initial consultations where we can help you scope out your requirements, understand what is technically feasible, and put together a roadmap that makes sense for your budget and timeline. There is no commitment, no hard sell just an honest conversation about what we can build together.

Services and delivery

We offer three core service areas: software development, AI solutions, and cloud and infrastructure engineering. Most projects involve a combination of all three, and our team is structured to handle full stack delivery from initial scoping through to post launch support.

Project timelines vary depending on complexity. A focused MVP or internal tool might take four to eight weeks. A full enterprise platform with AI integrations, complex data pipelines, and multi role user management could take three to six months. During our discovery phase, we will give you a detailed timeline with specific milestones so you always know what to expect and when.

We work on both fixed-price and time and materials arrangements, depending on what makes the most sense for your project. Fixed price works well for well defined scopes; time and materials is better for projects that need flexibility and room to evolve as we learn more.

Technical support for existing clients

If you are an existing client and need technical support for a system we have built or are maintaining, you can reach our support team directly at support@tecrozon.com. Please include your project name, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or error messages so we can diagnose and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

For clients on active support retainers, we aim to acknowledge all support requests within four hours during business days and resolve critical issues within 24 hours. Non critical requests are typically addressed within two to three business days, depending on complexity.

If you are experiencing a production outage or a critical system failure, please flag your email as urgent and include "CRITICAL" in the subject line. This triggers our escalation protocol and ensures your issue is prioritised immediately.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a typical project cost?
It depends on the scope, complexity, and timeline. A small MVP might start from a few thousand dollars, while a full-scale enterprise platform could be significantly more. We provide transparent, itemised quotes after our discovery phase no hidden fees, no surprise invoices.

Do you work with startups or only established businesses?
Both. We work with early stage startups building their first product, growth-stage companies scaling their technology, and established enterprises modernising legacy systems. What matters to us is not the size of your business, but the quality of the problem we are solving together.

Can you work with our existing development team?
Absolutely. We frequently embed with client engineering teams, augmenting their capacity with specialised skills in AI, cloud architecture, or full-stack development. We are flexible on engagement models and can adapt to your team's existing workflows and tools.

What technologies do you use?
Our stack evolves with the industry, but we commonly work with React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure. For AI and ML, we use TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs, among others. We choose the right tools for each project rather than forcing everything into a single stack.
