The terms and conditions governing use of Tecrozon services.
Access to the Tecrozon ecosystem is provided as a highly secure, heavily monitored service. By authenticating into our environment, users explicitly agree to operate within our defined structural parameters. We do not permit automated, non-authorized algorithmic interaction (scraping, unauthorized API polling, or reverse-engineering) with our core applications. Any attempt to bypass our standard authentication gateways will result in immediate, automated service termination.
We provide Service Level Agreements (SLAs) tailored specifically to enterprise deployments, guaranteeing high availability and exact latency metrics. However, these guarantees are strictly contingent upon the client maintaining compliant integration architectures and adhering precisely to our operational guidelines.
All underlying architectures, UI frameworks, proprietary algorithms, and core codebase functionalities remain the exclusive intellectual property of Tecrozon Group Inc. Clients retain absolute ownership of the unique data they input into the system; however, the methodologies utilized to process, optimize, and route that data belong entirely to Tecrozon.
Clients are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Tecrozon ecosystem to construct competing infrastructure or to reverse-engineer our proprietary data models. Furthermore, we maintain the unilateral right to rapidly deploy architectural modifications, system updates, and security patches without requiring explicit client authorization, ensuring the continuous security and performance of the global network.
While we engineer our systems for maximum resilience, the inherent complexity of global network infrastructure prevents absolute guarantees against service interruption. Tecrozon Group Inc. accepts liability exclusively within the precise parameters defined in our enterprise contracts. We are not liable for operational degradation caused by client-side architectural failures, compromised internal client credentials, or forced external network outages.
Our infrastructure is designed as an operational accelerant, not a substitute for internal corporate governance. Clients remain entirely responsible for ensuring that their utilization of the Tecrozon ecosystem complies with all industry-specific regulatory requirements applicable to their operations.
